House of Conditioning provides innovative health and fitness retreats, based within the beautiful formal gardens of The Parsonage Country House Hotel near York. Our health & fitness breaks are designed and delivered by our fitness specialists to inspire, enable and motivate our clients to live a healthier, more satisfying lifestyle.

Our health and fitness retreat programmes run each day from 7am – 6pm. Each client can attend as many or as few sessions as they wish. Whether you’re with us for exercise therapy or a physical challenge, we’ve got an itinerary to suit all abilities and fitness levels. We want you to leave us brimming with positivity and satisfaction, feeling refreshed and re-energised. All of our sessions are delivered in an encouraging and supportive manner, to keep you within your comfort zone.

You can attend as few or as many sessions as you wish!

Group-based exercise sessions run from 7am - 12pm. No sessions are compulsory, we encourage you to take your stay at your own pace. This is a daily opportunity to relax and challenge your body, and perhaps a time to open your mind and try something new.

One-to-one based sessions, seminars and outdoor activities will run from 1pm - 6pm. The one-to-one sessions and seminars allow us time to evaluate your goals, structure a fitness regime for you to return home with, and inspire your culinary creativity.
Outdoor activities are your chance to enjoy some fresh air and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Activities include orienteering, Nordic walking, running skills and drills, long, slower and high pace country walking, sprint interval running and endurance jogs/runs. All designed to leave you feeling energised, revigorated and motivated. During your stay, you will also have full access to the hotel gym, spa and pool facilities.

Our primary aim is to help you meet your long term aspirations. We're driven by your long term gain and so we provide an aftercare and mentor programme to help you stay on track once you leave us.
